So i've spent about 2 hours trying to find the last kingslayer file for Itacua I believe it's "the wiphala flag". Can't find it anywhere, anyone else having this issue?

Kingslayer Files should show up as icons on your map. If you don't see one, it probably means that you have an unexplored area on your map and that icon will remain hidden. Go to any areas marked with a question mark, which will reveal the area and the location of any files that are there.

It's not missing. At least for me, it wasn't.

Hint: On a hill, in a small chapel.

It's pretty much right in the middle of the area/map, it's inside some sort of church/chapel on top of a hill. You'll see it.
