I have been playing for a bit and for the past few days I have had 1/5 games in PvP end without having the appearance of this code. This has happened in 2v2 and 4v4 but not in 1v1. It happens randomly and then when i move onto the next match (after losing all i did in the previous one), it happens again. and again, and again. Anyone else running into this problem? Or is it somehow possible that I am the only one?

BTW I play on PS4 but if this happens on XBOX ONE or PC I think that's important too.
