Ok now that people grinded for days and/or threw money at the game many have noticed the huge problems gear imbalance introduces into already quite chaotic gamemodes. i dont think i have to go into all the examples of 1v1 revenge and 2 shotting people beeing frustrating at best..
the simple fix: Pick class(&loadout) first, then enter the q for 4v4. if you want to change after you are limited to classes/loadouts of the gear tier you originally qd for.
This doesnt hurt the people that spent money and also gives an option for people that dont want to play perma revenge rocket tag.
In the absolute worst case the really high tiers will have longer wait times (but its their choice) and in the long run there is no reason not to introduce cross platform play anyways. Also maybe give option to interchange looks between gear tiers so they can atleast showoff their shinies,just without the stats.
Evryone happy and fixes a problem that will only get worse over time.
