Here's some feedback for you:
When a player "hearts" only skirmish or elimination, but not the other, they are not saying "I'd be happy either way." If I pick Skirmish (and by the way, only because it's a daily), and the game instead decides I might enjoy elimination, I will immediately exit said game and contribute to the army of bots. Now that I'm finally done this challenge (and what a challenge it has been to just complete 5 matches of Skirmish), I'm going back to duels. Obligatory observation that For Honor networking is a train-wreck.
In before Ubisoft adds a feature to punish match-quitting, but continues to ignore the game-mode selection of the player.![]()
I totally agree with you!
It´s annoying to be placed in the wrong gametype 9 of 10 times. Especially when you try to fulfill your contracts. The text says, that they try to find the favorite mode first, but matchmaking seems to work completly different. I get wrong mode most of the time! The result is me playing demotivated a mode which I don´t want and my contracts staying open the whole day or quit the match and let other people fight with bots at their side - which is not what they wanted.
=>No Player has any benefit from this stupid mechanic!
Agreed. Here's my 2 cents:
First and foremost, Make a list of 3 modes. I'm sick of having to navigate on the map to the mode I want when it jumps all over the place. Just put it in a list and have it animate where it would be on the map.
Second, make sub sections of those modes that contain only the modes we want to que for. None of this preference crap.
