So I am testing out exactly how much each stats affect my hero in custom matches.

So far, everything has a noticeable (but small effect), such as turning 9 attack kills into 8 attacks kills OR 8 block Revenge into 7 block Revenge. It's about 15% increase.

Block Damage Resistance is hard to test accurately, but there's actually a noticeable difference after blocking say 7-8 heavy attacks. THE ONLY STATS that I can't see a noted difference (or any difference at all) is Stamina Regen. I am using a FULL BAR vs default gear (1/3 bar) but the regeneration from one ZA (half a bar of stamina) is about 4 seconds.

I press ZA as soon as I see the count-down timer hits 2:50, and I look at it immediately after the bar fills up. It's 2:46 (it didn't just change or about to change, firmly within 2:46 that second). This is true either with a FULL BAR of Stamina Regen or with default gear. However, since we can't see milliseconds, it's hard to accurate gauge if it's working or not (maybe the effect is so minor that's unnoticeable).

So I tried another time-based stats, exhaust recovery. A full bar is 4 seconds of recovery, default gear means about 7 seconds of recovery! So Exhaust Recovery stats definitely works and is visually noticeable.

Is it possible that the code is bugged with Stamina Regen? Anyone else want to independently confirm this? I can even post a video later...
