    Soldier experience and leveling up

Something I'm not keen on is the skill leveling up. The storyline and scenario would have us believe that the soldiers are elite special forces. So why are there skill levels to improve things like stamina or sniper scope wobble. It's internally inconsistent with the story and ridiculous to believe the 'best of the best' can't hold a rifle steady or run more than a few hundred metres. Poor game design I think.

    Thoughts?

    Often times in games: gameplay>realism.

Progression allows players to feel a sense of accomplishment and reward. It is a very old system and for the most part, in games like this, it will always be there.

Hey its no different from real life. Someone might be the best of the best at something in real life but in the end theres always room for improvement no matter how good or elite you are.

Same can be said about this decision. Yes were super soldiers but even then everyone can improve no matter how super they are

To me I want more stuff for the skill tree. Its a lot more fun watching and progressing your character rather then having every super skill unlocked from the start.
