    Matchmaking suggestion

Personaly i think yall need to make people choose there characters before hand and force matchmaking to pair players with similar gear levels... cause it is a surprisingly big unbalance when players gear level 20 or lower are facing 108 cause attack build orochis and peacekeepers are 2-3 hitting alot of people with their high level gear and its actualy hurting the low level community and making people want to quit this should be addressed and fixed to at least make the game more enjoyable and less stressful for new players

I have thought this myself, and agree. I dont think it should base it ALONE on the character, because a seasoned rep 10 warden, will still WRECK a true level 1 anything on a new class because of the understanding of fundamental gameplay, but perhaps should lower it to a degree to make it more fair.

The matchmaking process needs to do four things....
    1) Base MM off of the average gear level and reputation of the group (if solo, then obviously base it off of a single person).
    2) Base it off of the GLOBAL skill rating for that player, taking into account KDR WITH the chosen character as the dominant search parameter.
    3) It must make you select your character BEFORE searching for a game in order to fulfill the above 2 directives.
    4) Force the process to search across ALL players in a bracket before moving to a different tier (this will prevent craptastic matchmaking where a rep 0 level whatever ends up against a rep 3-4 level whatever with immense amounts of gear. The gear may not matter in 2v2 or 1v1, but it's really stupid to force a player with non-rep characters to face off against rep 2+ characters because you didn't have the foresight to force character selection before the damn search process. Whoever thought this was a good idea should get fired immediately. If I still worked for you, I'd slug them myself).

Here's a tip, Ubisoft, considering I used to work for you years ago. Free friendly advise, now that I'm a free agent consultant. Don't use trash tier matchmaking processes such as the one you currently have implemented. All you're going to do is drive away the majority of the playerbase and the only ones left will be the top 5% of players who live in their parents' basements playing this game 24/7. I don't know about you, but as far as I can tell, in the long run, this will not net you much in profits. You want people to use your little microtransactions? Don't tick them all off and make them uninstall your game. Common sense dictates that you should have seen to this LONG before you even had a beta phase. Follow the 4 points I've listed, rant included, to ensure fairness and an enjoyable gaming experience for your customers. In the future, use your heads, and the community won't have to do the heavy thinking for you. Otherwise, you'll just get compared to Electronic Arts and their dodgy business practices, and you wouldn't want that, now would you?

Best part? I'm not even going to charge you for the information I've written. Mainly because it's so basic a @#$%ing child would have thought of it. Really, shame on you guys for coming up with THE WORST Match Making system of the year. It's about as bad as Trump being the POTUS. It can only go up from here. So get on that, will you?

I'm bumping this, so that when whatever idiot they have reading the forums sees this, maybe they'll call me so I can cuss them out for being absolute morons.
