    New Campaign

My main question.. will there be a way to restart a campaign? The character gets locked in, even if I have to delete files to do it, I just want to make sure there is a way to start over with a fresh character.

That would be nice information to know. Also I'd like to know if we will be able to restart, but keep all the weapons and such unlocked.

Pretty sure someone posted on here that you were able to create 3 characters, so that would suggest you would be able to start 3 different campaigns.

From the Uplay open beta FAQ:

HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN I CREATE DURING THIS OPEN BETA?

In the context of this Open Beta, you will only be able to create one character with a dedicated saveslot.
If you experience any issue with your save or want to create a new Ghost, you can delete the existing save by deleting the file in Documents\My Games\Ghost Recon Wildlands\SAVES.

From March 7th, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will give you the opportunity to create up to 3 different characters with their own progression

Thank you so much! I didn't see that bit in there!

My game exited during the character creation and now when I start the game I can only continue with the campaign (with a randomly generated character) but I would like to start over from scratch. Unfortunately there is no SAVES folder in my Documents\My Games\Ghost Recon Wildlands. Any advice?

edit: I even reinstalled the game from scratch and deleted the whole Documents\My Games\Ghost Recon Wildlands directory and still I'm stuck with the random character

If I were you, I'd play that character just long enough for a save file to be created, and then delete the whole Wildlands folder. I don't have a "saves" folder either, so not 100% sure on that. I have a bunch of Ubisoft games and of course the save files are in about a million different locations :/

Try looking here on your system

Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegames/ (file with a load of digits next to it)

Have a look in the most recent file for February if GRWL was the last game you played delete the save(s) from within that folder, make sure cloud saves are turned off then restart the game.

This method worked for me during the closed beta
