Why cant i block an assassin spamming lights with a shugoki. | Forums

I tried everything and its impossible to block EVERY attack of an assassin spamming light.

I mean, If i block ONE, they can do a gb and for unkwon reason, shugoki have an hard time to counter guardbreak?

Am I the one playing poorly or its that the shugoki need a block speed buff?

I know how unteruptable stance work, i mean after being hit by 2 light, theres bo way you can block all.

But yes, you should always try to attack into him with your light attacks when your passive is up. This will also beat guard break attempts. If they try to get cute with parries you can feint into friendship hug, parrying them yourself or a light attack which will trade. Remember to headbutt them into dust and abuse the fact that their health total is lower, and always be aware of your super armor passive.

As someone who has never played shugoki this is my impression from fighting them. Basically if you cant parry them your ****ed, and if you cant dodge their charge attacks your ****ed.
