Executions are way too easy and WAY too risk-free.
Like a snake being most vulnerable when it strikes - and thus, is VERY careful about the time to strike - Executions should be very high risk. As it is right now, everybody and their mothers spams heavy attack to get an execution.
I suggest make every and any character a two-hit kill during the execution animation. Executions should be special, not spammed with no risk.
Edit: I'm mainly referring to 4v4 modes, where heavy attacks are spammed in crowds just hoping for the final blow. I think that sort of recklessness should come at the price of being vilnerable while executing.
Bullschit. How often do you see someone - or yourself - die WHILE IN AN EXECUTION? The answer is next-to-never. If you want to showboat and spam heavy attack, then you should pay a high price for timing it wrong.Originally Posted by ThePollie Go to original post
i actually die when im about to perform the execution before the inviciible frames kick inOriginally Posted by CarnivalLaw Go to original post
Sounds likes someone doesnt know hw to parry.
The fact is the executions are high risk. Dont say theyre not. If you do one while in a 4v4, there is a chance that the enemy will start hitting you before it goes off, allowing a revive and them to deal damage.
What you seem to be saying is you dont like the combat. Guess what. Even if executions werent there, if you had one bar of HP left, someone would still try to finish you with a heavy, plain and simple.
Sure, it's possible to die while in an execution, but it is very, very rare. Do you agree?Originally Posted by TheDaleatron Go to original post
You mad because I'm suggesting you shouldn't be able to spam your heavy trying to showboat? Cry more.Originally Posted by PunkPirateAFO Go to original post
Not rare. Happens a lot against orginized teams.Originally Posted by CarnivalLaw Go to original post
Nice try editing your title too btw.
Hahaha I play LB mainly. I dont spam heavy attacks cause I dont want to get parried. Again nice try.Originally Posted by CarnivalLaw Go to original post

When parrying is so easy, and gives you a free guardbreak, which then gives you a free heavy it's not really high risk. All you have to do is wait for your opponent to attack if they're unskilled, or if they're an experienced fighter feint and bait a parry, then parry. Free exaction just like that.
Guardbreaks should be a free light attack, but shouldn't be a free heavy.
In my opinion.
