The game continue to freeze after matches, every time i want to leave the matchmaking the game freeze and "restart" after my enemies left the room or a lot of minutes, this is really annoying.

The NAT is OPEN, all the ports are open and i don't have problem with firewall...

And is not only my problem, a lot of my friends have this.

This bug also occurs frequently within the game. It is especially prevalent in duels where the other player leaves first. It has gotten to the point where I am preemptively quitting the game to come back in faster.
