I have a co-worker that takes random personal days off mid week, but he does it to go to concerts. He knows he's still gonna be hammered the next day, so he plans accordingly...

I do that all the time. Better to do that knowing you won't be back till early hours of the morning than stumble in to work at 6 still drunk and no sleep ha ha.

I've taken the odd day or 2 before with pre-releases but haven't for a while. Last time was for The Last Of Us and I think I'll do it for The Last Of Us part 2 as well.

That's just another sign of how incompetent they are. People who have no time to play on the 28th are clearly in the majority, yet Massive won't listen, they don't care. I mean, they seriously release an update on the 28th of February? The month of February is dead Massive, DEAD. Just look at the numbers, it's the last day of the month, it's practically over, and yet you release an update as if nothing happened?

I also heard rumors we will have to download a patch again to get 1.6? I don't like downloads and it pisses me off that I am forced to deal with a download again. We need alternative ways to get this patch, I paid the same money as the people who like downloads, yet Massive only caters to the download crowd.

EVERY SINGLE patch so far has been a download, if this is your only idea of patching, then it's no wonder that the people playing 1.5 will be gone very soon, mark my words!!11

Instead of downloading the update. Just electronically transfer the update from their end to yours.

Especially with my 28.8 bps modem connection. I won't be able to play until mid March!

You guys have ruined my experience😭. 1.6 releases on Tuesday but Im working a 9 day stretch so will have no time to play. Thanks massive. You could have released it last week when I had 4 days off. In sorry but you have ruined this game for me. If you do this again with 1.7 I am going to make a, "oh my gawwwd Im leaving division" thread.😭

Sarcasm.. lol. But for those of you who are complaining about the timing of the release. Why? Time shouldn't be a factor. Does it really matter when you get to try the new 1.6 & Last Stand for the first time? I feel like it will be enjoyable no matter when you start playing it. Last Stand competiveness isn't really going to depend on who starts playing it first, but on how well you comprehend the game mode and adapt your skills to it.

I doubt there is really any need to be upset over the timing. Just get on when you can.
