Lost my new KTM and bueyd roadcaptain but only get the suit
Hey so i got the new ktm from the ktm rally challenge. I was already driving it made even one new record. I was waiting for the motor and other updates and started wondering why its taking so long to finish. So i checked how many hours left and boom no ktm anymore... ??? It shows me now that i need 2more pieces to get the ktm... Aaaaand what i do with my roadcaptain problem i buyed it months ago back then only got the rcsuit but no diamonds/gold/badge so i payed 20e for suit...??? Pls help with two problems.

There *may* be a forthcoming update that addresses the KTM issue. Lots of people are having the same problem so there's a decent chance that this will (eventually) be fixed.
Based on the Road Captain description, coins/gems are only awarded when you log in every day. So if you didn't log in, no rewards for you. Did you submit a ticket when you didn't get daily rewards?

Hi Mausermur - You were in the top 5% for 3 weeks in the KTM Rally Challenge and we’ve now added the missing blueprints in your account. Please choose server save when the server vs device prompt comes up, and you’ll see the KTM450 Rally in the garage after that. 
For the Riders Club rewards, as Sardius mentioned, you have to log in every day to receive your rewards. If you have been doing so already, please contact the Ubisoft Support team at support.ubi.com, they’ll be able to help you out with this. If possible, do share your ticket number here with us.
