I don't know what this has to do in the combat and strategy subforum but I'm not here to nitpick.
Dear Ubisoft designers, we all wish to have longlasting fun with this game and while the designs in all three factions are certainly not 100% lorefriendly, some more variation to the ornamental equipment - especially for the knights - would be highly appreciated.
Just check out this guy and his amazing art, there is lots, LOTS of inspiration to be found here.

Also take a look at the tumblr page while you are at it, it has tons more stuff, the actual website is just some portfolio extraction.
I am not against the ornamental figurines in general, I like a lot of them actually and depending on which knight character but the helmet simply looks too naked half of the time. We are supposed to play chosen warrior elites here that clearly distinguish themselves from the general foot soldier. Use some colourful helm bushes or loops or those helmet coverings and ringlets and combine them with the figurines and you already have a multitude of design options that can help you customize your own character in a more unique way while making him or her look intimidating and inspiring.
I can understand how this applies perhaps less to the assassin class from a lore perspective or the Conqueror (the intro vid claimed they are often convicted criminals) but the Warden is a honorary position, the Lawbringer is almost an institutional one. At least apply it where it's due.
