Gear disappears after post match screen. Not in Inventory | Forums

I have noticed multiple times that when i complete an order and level up a few times and get a lot of loot after a match (4+ items). If i run out of time at the screen and do not salvage them, when i go to my customization menu the items are gone. This definitely happens if two of the items dropped are duplicates. I had higher level armor that I didn't equip, and when i went to my customization menu it was not there. Extremely frustrating.

am3nphis Did you get a resolution from this? Do the extra items that you get disappear forever? My game never crashes, but duplicates have disappeared. But that's not all. I had a new chest piece that was higher level than mine and it was gone too. I don't have an exclamation point over my character though, the items just completely vanished without a trace.

One of the dupes should be there if u didnt dismantle, besides that try not to level up more then once if u dont want to miss level up reward items.

I totally am going to make sure to be careful, but Ubisoft needs to acknowledge the bug and fix it. Thats why I am here. I am reporting this bug. Has no one else noticed this?
