I could find where to post this. But, before I state this - no, it's not to do with my hardware. I've checked several times and it's not outdated.

But when ever i alt-tab ( at least most of the time ) when I tab back into the game, I have really bad frame-drops. Even on the main screen.

Anyone else experiencing this?
