    NAT problem

    Hi everyone , so since 2 days i can't play the game anymore My Nat is written as unknown, i've tried everything that is on the official ubisoft help page, even got them on phone for 20 minutes and they didn't fixed it .. if anyone could help me i would send him some cookies and cheetos.

    Are you on a router? Have you added the game to your firewalls? Have you disabled your firewalls? Have you forwarded the require ports on both your router and/or your modem?

    try not to cry, cry , cry a lot

    i'm on a livebox, firewalls disabled , i did everythings with the ports and everythings that they recomend on their website, it's been two days i've tried evrything you can think off i'm just gonna cry

    I dunno what a livebox is, but for me, disabling my router's firewall worked for me. Enabling uplay and for honor in windows firewall as well as forwarding ports in my router and modem are the only other things I have done.
