Today at 8:00AM EST (13:00 UTC) we are performing server maintenance which will add the Middle East region into the European continent for improved matchmaking and connectivity purposes. The expected downtime is 30 Minutes.

And Kazakhstan still part of ASIA, not CIS? Thanks ubisoft, i give up. You stupid if you think i will play with chinese region 300+ms ping. 1 week i try to ANSWER INFO ABOUT that, you ignore me everywhere. Got scammed so easily.

Reason to waste time and MONEY on KZ, if here so low online population. KZ not country for you, now i know it.

Hi, if you mean the changes announced here, then no. We'll have more info on the patch for you soon, though.

Your supporter AndyG told me in live chat. If i connect to chinese players with extremly lags - it's your problem and your ISP and they can't fix it. Then he delete this live chat log and case. It's normal?

1 week i have opened case with region search issue. Support didn't help me, they literelly said "your problem, gl"

I'm astounded that this even matters at all. Any time I search for a game 'All regions' is ticked pretty much automatically.

"All Regions" means all regions within your continent. You will never be grouped with players from another continent unless you create a custom match and specifically invite them. This isn't recommended though, given that it will greatly reduce the stability and quality of the matches.

Another Question: how come that i sometimes get the same enemies like 3 times in a row instead of getting new ones? I mostly have my reasons to leave the lobby and dont want to play over and over with the same people.
