The Orochi is a solid character, though far from the best (at least if you're talking duels). I think another reason you see so many, especially in team modes is that the Orochi has an insane kit of feats for getting kills. Two Kunai, a longbow, and a nail bomb give you tons of ways to take out multiple enemies with style.

True about duel (he's still a pretty solid choice for this mode though) but I think he (or I should say he/she) is the best character overall (solo and team modes all together).

In overall assassins all are too dodge to be considerd viable in duel/brawl and elimination matches in my opinion.
In dominion I get it, everything can be madness in there and in skirms aswell. There is some sort of balance there, but
in any game mode where you start out 1 vs 1 they are too stronk.

His attacks are fast, he moves fast, he's good for countering attack happy people, and he overall has an awesome moveset. He's just squishy when you throw him off his combo.

First of all, sorry for calling Orochis cancer He's a cool hero But why on EARTH is minimum one Orochi in every damn game??? What
makes him so likable? Is it the looks or his move-pool? Hard to believe when you have 12 Hero's to play. Give me your explanation please.

Orochi is currently my main: After completing the story mode, i switched from Raider. I came over to For Honor from WoW, where i played a rouge and heavy into PVP. I found Orochi's moves to be similar to that of my rouge. The combo of their speed and move sets felt comfortable and easier than other toons.... to me atleast. I WISH i could rock the berserker but i can't seem to get the timing down yet. Been trying PK but keep going back to Orochi.

Right now Oroshi isn't good at all. He just got an awesome character design overall. He is predictable as hell, even at high level.

I don't use orochi but his is so fast and good a dodging, that's why people use him.

I have 150 hours with orochi and I can tell u right now that he is not fastest at dodging. Pk and zerker perform their dodge attack faster than orochi

I play as an orochi and I must admit besides the conquête, peace keeper and kensei he's just too cool even more when mastered. It makes people feel like their in a anime.

I don't use orochi but his is so fast and good a dodging, that's why people use him.

Orochi is popular coz he looks like a ninja.
Everybody likes ninjas, so orochi is the probably the first chose of many ppl.

longbow it's a samurai skill, not only orochi. Kunia it's almost only opener of orochi
