Where these duels in an actual duel game mode? If they were matchmaking duels then gear is not in effect so...

lol wut? I love the salt in this game. Just had 5 rounds with my Reputation 2 Conqueror against an Orochi who dominated me for the first two matches. Ended up coming back to claim victory after 3 more very intense and close fights. As the final round finishes i say to my opponent:

"Good game man, that was so close"

His response:

"Pay to win ******bag"

I'm sure you just said "git gud" and pissed him off.

Actually, you might be right. I spent all my steel on the 5k one for Conqueror. Pay 2 win execution.

you can tell when some ones a p2w with base lvl 1ish character non prestige and really high blue gear score, then you go and wreck them cause the gear makes f all difference.

It seems like a lot of people don't realize that gear states don't apply to duels lol, it's only for looks in duels/brawl.

This . But in all game modes just take heat, OK to leave after the game. But wait until after the score tallies. I hate when you put good game and it's even close they don't want to write it back unless they won that round.

I agree that the salt levels are high in this game. There was a Brawl where my teammate (playing Lawbringer) kept whining and moaning about the opponents, while I had absolutely no problem with the way they fought. Their Peacekeeper even complimented me (very rare when you paly a Conqueror )

But tonight I was Dueling another Conq. The guy performed the same moves I did, it was a close fight. It was 2-1 for him, I evened out to 2-2 with some aggressive Conq Shield Bash Mixup cheesecake, and he says "this is g*y dude"... I mean wut? You are literally playing the same Hero I am, performing the same cheesy combos I am, and you cry?

Then he beat me and STILL talked crap... whoa, some people take this game waaaay too seriously.
