Please stop with this Social Justice Warrior crap. I myself I understand what he's referring too, no character should be gender locked if their going to have female knights, samurai and etc.

Im a Peace Keeper user myself, and I would prefer to play as a male version, I myself don't like the whole gender locked Idea myself, specially if the game has customization. This has nothing to do with Misogyny, or hating females not everyone girl want's to play as a guy and not every guy want's to play as a girl.

Why the **** is there females to begin with? You want to appeal to the female gamers, which are a minorty among gamers? Fine let them have the female option, but don't ****ing lock it and force me to play as a female. Wasn't it enough that you **** all over the campaign by having those female knights, Vikings and Samurai?
Would love to try playing as a male PK myself. I don't get why they have this gender lock bs if the games has a customization feature and most characters can go male or female.

It's just a class name at the end of the day. Pretty sure no one was a Valkyrie until they died and were then chosen.

Its actually a "sex" lock. I agree though, I main Nobushi and would just prefer having choice available.

@ghostirq If you don't understand it, it doesn't mean it's crap. It's simply their design choice. Knights in their game made a female-only assassin unit? Okay, why not. It's okay for you to want to play a male peacekeeper, but it's impossible lore-wise. So it's your right to get upset about it, but you gotta still respect their design choices.
I didn't articulate what I wrote because I was triggered when I wrote it. There got to be a reason for their design otherwise it will be stupid. I don't understand the reason of making this gender locked. Why not have the option for both gender? If you know why they did it that way or have a theory, than by all mean I'm all ears.

I never said that there wasn't any female Knights, Viking or Samurai. Have you heard of any? For most people the answer is no, and there is a reason for that.

The history books of old are filled with tales of knights, lords, kings & queens, but often there is little to nothing written about common idiots. That doesn't mean they didn't exist. (edit: let alone in a varying quantity.)

Uhhh, Valk's folklore reads they (valks) would be the ones to choose who died in battle. They held the title of being a Valkyrie long before their own deaths.

I too am for gender locks being removed. It's generally arbitrary and only serves to limit what the player can and can't play.

In some cases it makes sense - Nobushi and Valkyrie were traditionally females. A woman probably couldn't get big enough to be a Sugoki. Alright, fine. But it makes absolutely no sense that you can't have a male peacekeeper, or a female warlord. So what, guys are wiry enough to be an Orochi/Beserker but Christian men are too big and beefy to be a quick, rogue type? Women can wield a shield and flail if they fight for the Knights, but a shield and sword for the viking? OH NO WAY IMPOSSIBLE.

It's dumb, and the gender lock restrictions must be reduced or removed.

Common idiots are still common. Female warriors are not common. My problem with the campaign is that they make female warriors pretty common. My problem with multiplayer is the gender lock.

Your right, Everyone except Men should be allowed to align with their gender identity, We should celebrate others and deride men for it. We should also label and insult them for it. (just Men).
