My account got hacked, but the hacker couldn't get ahold of my e-mail at least. He activated the two-step authentication measure that prevents me from logging into my account on uplay, accessing my game as well as the customer support service. I logged in from a secondary account and sent the ticket, but, just in case, I'm posting here too. This account's name used to be ShinimasS, but got changed.
