Having feats without any cooldown....possible? | Forums

I have a question based of an experience we had we a friend of mine during a Dominion match.
We were working on the zone B when an Orochi showed up. I brought him fairly low on HP but he suddenly pulled out his bow and shot me for the kill.

Until now no problem but my friend who was literally next to me just planed to avenge me, since it was an Orochi in front of him he was waiting for him to come but all of the sudden, boom, second shot with the bow and my friend took a hell of a damage. The time difference between the two shot was under 5 seconds without exaggerating.

Later in the game, both teams were breaking and the Orochi was alone facing against 3 dudes running at him. Except that he shot them all in quick succession, boom, boom, boom three shot just like the bow is his regular weapon with no cooldown whatsoever.

Besides the fact that everyone was terrible at dodging bow shot (even though I still believe that he used it really well on me, I really didn't see it coming). Is that possible to reduce the feat cooldown to that much of a ridiculous point?

The Orochi player was renown 3 with more than 1OO gear lvl so it would make sense but I think reducing the cooldown to basically no cooldown at all is a bit exaggerated (just my personal opinion).

So, yeah, here is my question, can you really lower the cooldown of your feat to basically nothing or did we witnessed one of the first cheat on the game?

Pretty certain that isn't possible by any means. Feat cooldown reduction (I'm pretty sure) works on a percentage system, as do all gear stats. So I'd assume he could probably knock off like 20-40% of his feat cooldowns if he maxed that stat. However, knowing that the bow's cooldown is somewhere around 45 seconds means he should only be knocking off 10-15 seconds, meaning you'd still have half a minute to kill him before he was able to use it again.

Pretty certain that's a cheat, if you had a recording we could be more certain but I've never encountered this issue myself.

Unfortunately I don't and to be fair I wasn't completely sure about the exact time my friend spent before getting shot after me until we saw the guy shooting all three guys at the end of the game.
