So, my PC rig is:
i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10 GHz
8Gb RAM
GeForce 1060 GTX Gaming 6 Gb
I can run every other game without any issues, I play games with constant 60 fps (or more), games like: Watch Dogs 2, Dark Souls 3, Witcher 3 and Far Cry 4, and I tried everything that I found on the internet but nothing solves my problem. I tried that thing with the Task Manager, I've put the game on my SSD, I've put everything on Low and the game runs exactly the way it runs on ultra, the FPS Stutters A LOT. Sometimes it stays in constant 60 fps but it's rare. I changed every graphic and display option but nothing works, I even reinstalled the game and nothing...
Almost all the time the FPS stays on 25~47 FPS and rarely it stays on 60 fps for about 15 seconds and then it drops again, I miss parries, blocks, combos.

I don't understand what happens, I tried everything that I found on this forum or reddit, I tried to disconnect my controller too, I tried to change my nVidia Settings but nothing works, I put the game settings on low and like I said before the games runs exactly the same way, 30 ~ 50 fps and stuttering a lot. I changed the resolution, tried to play on windowed, borderless, full screen, everything.

This can't be my computer, I'm having this problem only with this game, everything else runs fine, and sometimes it's run on 60 fps for a moment, I simply don't understand.

Can someone help me? It's the only game that I'm having this problem.
