It's been a week and the game is still broken, contacting support is next to useless because they just give you the same copy/paste answers over and over again. Ubisoft doesn't even seem to wan't to acknowledge the problem as well, people pay 60+ dollars for a broken game and don't even get a response from Ubisoft telling them they're at least looking into the problem or any clue whatsoever as to when the game will be playable. At least let us know you're looking into the issue and when we can expect to actually play our game.
