It's happening again. AGAIN!

1) Root Canal only gave me 600,000 points (Bonxy's site has me at receiving well over 800,000)
2) Lost Playground, Pike Alley, and a couple of others have failed to give me anything at all for my improvements.

There are probably other tracks that haven't given me points recently - what happens is the game drops its connection at the end of a track (if I've been playing for a while) and the LBs/Hall of Fame doesn't appear. Then when I click back through to the map, it reconnects to the server and no points are credited. This has been happening for a while so I'm sure it's not a case of waiting around and the points will appear once you beat another time/reopen the game etc. I also find it odd that this comes after I had the device/server pop-up last night and my device game save was missing i.e. choose Level 1 or Level 51 game, and not Level 51 or Level 51, as it should be.

Is there any chance you could rescan my account? CagBall - Android.

EDIT: I've been looking into this more and can see what's happening, but I still don't know why.

Currently, every time I improve on a track points are awarded, however, in the pop-up "Hall of Fame" LB box (prior to spinning the loot wheel) my overall points total drops about 50k, before adding whatever points I have just earned from the track to this decreased total. For reference, it drops from around 197,392,709 to 197,351,xxx.

Each improvement then increases this lower total:
197,351,xxx
197,362,xxx
197,372,xxx
197,378,xxx and so on..

On clicking back through through to the main map, my points then revert back to my score which is currently stuck at 197,392,709. These points will obviously be missing from my true score which, ironically, is also wrong as tracks such as Root Canal has seriously short-changed me.

A rescan is definitely needed here I think. Thanks.

Heh, We've been asking for global LB recalculation for ages.... hope you get it but seriously doubt you will. This type of scoring glitch is always happening to somebody, and if you dont get your points within a day or so... it will never arrive. I lost track of how many points I've lost through their occasional bugs as well as this random stuff (2 million+ minimum) As far as I am concerned, RL should be doing global score recalculations for the top 5000 people on each platform every 6 months, just to show they are serious about LB integrity. . . .

Yeah I'm missing like 400k or something according to Bonxy's site, and I believe it. At this point though, it's pretty obvious RL doesn't really care all that much about the problem. If they REALLY cared, stuff like this would be fixed on a daily basis with scans, etc. Cheaters and hacked times wouldn't last 24 hours and our leaderboards would be correct. This has been an issue for over 2 years now. It sucks.

Yeah, I know. The original thread I created after talking to KarTank must be nearly 2 years old now and not much has been done since from the players perspective. That said, I, and many others, received points for an unknown reason around 4-6 months ago, which I presume had stemmed from some of the "ongoing" LB recalculation work RL were doing. I was awarded nearly 800-900k points - at the time I been owed around 1.25-1.5M for around a year (also confirmed by your true scoring spreadsheet).

I'm not holding out on this, but thought that I should at least make the devs aware of these issues. I also agree that a commitment to leaderboard integrity from RL would be very forthcoming and I personally expect it from any Trials game.
