hi guy! i just finished the campaign in the hard difficulty, If i start over in realistic, i'll get the steel and item box reward again or just the cosmetics?

If you are talking about breakables and and observations, it stays the same. So lets say that you got 5/5 breakables on hard difficulty on a level then you restart it on realistic you wouldnt be able to get the rewards from the breakables if you already completed getting them
