I pre-ordered For Honor Deluxe Edition physical copy, I downloaded the deluxe pack for the code. I only got the helmets, which is half of the items. I don't have the smoke effect, champion status,emblems. I'm not the only one having this issue. Also I am missing the legacy pack from getting the game, I'm missing the slip that has the code or something, please help or refund me $10.

I've had basically the exact same issue. I got the ornaments and sunbeam effect (only getting the effect after uninstalling both of the packs,) but am still missing the Champion Status, Deluxe Emblems, and the 2 Scavenger Crates. I got the Pre-Order gear (the three outfit colors, three basic emblems, and the pattern for each faction,) but none of the Deluxe exclusive gear has shown up save for the sunbeam effect and the three ornaments for the Vanguard-class characters.
