I posted a thread including the first point as well. There is skirmish orders. One of them is to revive 5 teammates and the other to die less than 5 times a game. These are the one that I've got (not including the order to play skirmish).
Yup. This has been mentioned in a few other threads. I suggested it as well that you should be able to choose either skirmish or elimination just like you can choose beteeen duel or brawl. Also there are already orders for skirmish as ghostirq stated.
