Should dodging like this even be possible? | Forums

I main Kensei, and one thing I've noticed is that I can dodge INTO an oncoming side attack and still avoid the damage. The animation shows him just ducking under the enemy's weapon so I'm sure it's an intentional feature but it just feels wrong, like a Kensei should physically be able to just duck under an attack from a Lawbringer.

It's intentional. Its called a Deflect and for most classes theres an animation that pushes their weapon away from you so technically its still safe
