Any tips for this, I seems like the Conquerer's kit is extremely at shutting down a Kensei because superior block stops combos dead in their tracks, and I've found after a couple of successful feints a good Conquerer will resort to his full shield block to nullify them. Plus they are very good at draining your stamina with shield bashes and their range is similar nullifying another potential advantage, if they shield bash I'll dodge attack them but good players are difficult to bait into doing that when it's not guaranteed.
I know I can sit back and play completely defensive but a lot of Conquerers are happy to do the same as well, it's not an unwinnable match-up by any means I just feel like it's very tough because of how well the Conquerer's kit matches up to the Kensei's.

I like to dodge strike a lot and use side to side and forward dashes to make the person jumpy and apply pressure,
Kensei has a good Guard Break when he dashes forward so you could mix that up with the dashing side strikes and forward dashing strike (all light attacks) and confuse him on when your gunna dash forward to gaurd break.
It's always tough fighting them or anyone with a shield for that matter.. But like every hero they have advantages and disadvantages when fighting other heroes, you just gotta find what that is. Most of the time I find its Kensei's superior dash speed & his dashing light attacks with the dashing forward Gaurd Break. the pull back elbow to the back of the head after the guard break is good set up or finisher, it blinds them on what side your gunna swing from and then you have the flaming unblockable or the switch to the heavy side strike.
