Raider needs follow ups on guard breaks. That's his only major weakness. Guard break -> side heavy on guard breaks and wall throws.
He could also afford more stamina, or less stamina intensive moves. When he rams someone into a wall and knee bashes their face, they really ought to lose more stamina than they do as well.
The raider is a support character to be used in dominion mainly and skirmish, hardly ever a 1v1 or 2v2. When fighting as a group, using the raiders GB while others hit the opponent is the most viable option. Especially when any raider attack in a group causes everyone to be hit and possible kills stopped entirely.
I also have all the problems as reported in the first post and hope for something to be done to my main character.

Their guard switch time is slower than light spam attack from any assassin (particularly insane against Berserker) and they have absolutely no way to get out of this but to backdash/run/rollback when there is a frame open to get out... Some will say: "Oh wait, assassin's light spam is beetween 12 to 15 frames per seconds depending on the class, guard switch for slow classes is 14 frames". Considering leaving 1 frame to react is already ******** and P2P win this match and cause you to be completely unable to react to spam...
Sometime I wish I can have a Shoryuken like attack to get out of this **** and show those spamers their tactic is just dumb and based on broken mechanics...

Raider is worthless right now, I already switched to Lawbringer who is considered even worst than Raider. But I can say he perhaps have one of the worst matchup of the game vs Warlord (considering assassins are broken right now) but he got way way way more options against anyone and I really feel like every match is really easier and when I lose, I know I could do better under certain circumstances (spam light still broken). With the Raider I clearly don't have this feeling.Bump. He is really in bad spot compared to others. That's why it's time to stop and switch to some other hero.
A damage buff or lowering stamina cost wont solve anything because the problem is about speed mostly, raider attacks are very slow and very predictable, so almost every got either interrupted or parried even after canceling and moving with another (other raider tactics to bring a hit through enemies guard usualy fail too). Im not even gonna mention amount of stamina that raider got left after such a situation. Light attack is a kinda way to deal a damage to an enemy but such a damage is very low and feels like item attack boost almost does not affect it. Only way to kill a "not newbie" player 1vs1 now is to stun / guardbreak an enemy, deal a sad light attack and move back then repeat which is not fun and feels like it doesnt fit a strong viking brute with a great 2handed axe. His strong attacks are useless plus there is no combo way to deal a strong attack after a light attack. Im not even gonna mention his unblockable which is basicly a newbie killer or a "bad luck" player killer. The only use for raider is a revenge mode build in dominion and skirmish (wait, no one plays skirmish in player vs player mode). There is no place for raider in 1vs1 and 2vs2 now.
RAIDER NEEDS AN UNINTERRUPTIBLE STRONG ATTACK (even only for the upper strong attack, leaving left and right), or some other way to deal uninterruptible damage (to for example exchange hits) in his slow moves, even for a price of his independent unblockable, to be not a single mode (dominion) class and start to matter in other game modes.
Revenge mode makes raider playable because it provides uninterruptible attacks. Damn im jealous of berserker's and warlord's strong one's.
PLEASE UBISOFT MAKE IT RIGHT.
