so as we all know by now, you can get max gear score at rep level 3, what is the point of adding new gear in updates if you are already max gear score so early? purples already give you 2 positives and 1 negative, what do you think can be done to the new gear to make it better then the purples will already get?? they can't give us 3 positives

Why not? Make everything unbalanced and try to throw each other off, the game.

The new gear will only be a visual change.

But before any new gear, ubi should first give us, all the missing items in my opinion.
