Obviously this comes with no warranty and could cause issues for you. That said, I think it's unlikely.

    • Install the newest intel drivers.
    • Restart your computer after installing the drivers.
    • Open regedit (press the windows key + r, type regedit, press enter).
    • Press f3. Type in "pc_release_major" (no quotes). Press enter.
    • Press enter to edit the "pc_release_major" key. Check the "decimal" box. Change it to 15 if it isn't 15 already.
    • Press ok. Go to the "pc_release_minor" key right below and double click it. Change it to 45 (decimal).
    • Go above in the list to the "DriverVersion" key. Change it to "21.20.16.4590" (no quotes).

After that, it should work instantly.

Once Ubisoft fixes this silly issue, you should probably just reinstall the drivers again to fix the version number.

Thanks for the help, BRolf02 and Gemini_Iceland.

    help

I looked into my computer and it said my graphics are all up to date and then I also did this then restarted my computer. It worked and now it doesn't say that I need to update my graphics card, but now its still crashing and giving the "Oh NO it crashed send crash report, etc" I don't know what to do now ((

I did all of this and then restarted my computer. The game no longer says that I need to update my graphics card, but its still crashing on me like it did when I first downloaded and tried to play it. WTF ((

If you have an AMD GPU downloading the newest crimson drivers from AMD's site should fix it.
