Since I send a case to ubisoft customer support, 10 days past, they still haven't reply me. Are they really have a staff for customer support? What the hell is this working efficiency? They absolutely should be fired!
Use the live chat, it will take a couple hours to get through the line, but you're going to get some type of response.
