I have been trying all morning and I still cant find it on the psn store. They said it will be available this morning in the US and still cant download it

I take it you're from The US, it will show up once Sony restarts the Store server.
search BETA and you should find all current games running BETA's.

Yeah I am waiting for that, I am from the US... I talked with Ubisoft and he doesn't know how to fix the issue. They stated it will be available for the US at 6am
