How about a new Game Mode "Ultimate Deathmatch"? If you get in a fight you get wounds by hits or could lose an arm so you have to fight with the other or your shield get dropped by a hard hit ...... .

Sounds like you want to play chivalry, with a mod that is called something like "black knight mod". You lose your arm and allready have lost, because it took your weapon with it.
