Correct if i'm wrong, but seems like there are two rules for changing equip looks.

1: You need to have the equip that you want the appearence IN INVENTORY, if you dismantle you lose the ability to get that look for another equip.

2: The equiped gear and the one you want the appearence from needs to be of the same rarity (blue/purple, etc)

I don't like having to save gear just so i can use its looks, i think if you farm you should have that aesthetics forever, like DIABLO, even after dismantle.

Secondly, changing look shouldn't be restrict to same tier equipments.

I had no idea why I couldn't modify my gear appearance until reading this post. It is incredibly lame to have loot tier restrictions for transmogrification. No sense, this makes.
