The key to beating an Orochi is not rushing in and being a parry master 3000

    Invalid Complaint

Your argument is invalid as all of your points are vastly incorrect. The Orochi has some of the lightest attacks and shortest grab range. L2P and get good.

These replies are boring. Same crap spouted on all the threads. All these Orochi mains defending as best they can. Keep your lame class. I'll fight them all day (I already do but you get my point), but you're still garbo if maining Orochi is your idea of a good time. May as well just say "I have low self-confidence and play a class that appeals to my weaknesses". At least then I could respect your honesty.

and say somthing is OP, when actually its your own fault.

Yesterday I lost a match as a PK ( my main and prestige 2) from a warlord, wich is the first time tbh.

That is not because the warlord is OP, I lost because the guy played waaay better then me.

And for the record, am twice as fast as the warlord, he just outplayed me.

I just wanna say, the more you fight against certain class, the more you get to know them and can counter them.

+ don't expect to win from every player or every class, everything has hes counter.

    Just stop being a noob.

How in the nine hells have you gotten to t2 without losing to a warlord? How do you fight them? How do you survive a single failed GB?

Well, you're wrong on so many accounts, it hurts. He's not even the best in his class. PK is faster. He's only good at beating up people who are new to the game and don't know how to block or expect zepher strike spam. His damage is weaker than the Berserker, his recovery from dodge & speed is slower than PK, LP are literally the weakest out of the 3 assassins, and his throw ability is so damn pathetic, if you actually get thrown off a cliff by an orochi, you probably deserved it for being a bad player. The only reason why Orochis probably beat you so often is you probably spam mindless attacks without regard to the fact that even if he's the weakest of his class, he's still faster than 9 other heroes, and being super aggressive with a half way decent Orochi means you're gonna die. you probably suck at blocking too.

I main Orochi and im gonna have to strongly disagree with you here.

Your arguments is not valid and you misrepresent facts.

I have many hours on this character, currently rep 4 soon 5 with a gearscore of 108.

There are drawbacks to this character and some advantages. Firstly the Orochi is an assassin and a counter-attacker. That means that if you play very agressivly against this
character you give the Orochi the upperhand everytime. This is the nature of a counter-attacker just like the Peacekeeper, and thats where their speed come into play.

You take away their speed and you no longer have a counter-attacker and this class/ character types would be broken/ useless.

The Orochi is not that hard to predict either, several times during the last few days I've meet players who really perfected their defence and patience. And then is a pain to be
Orochi, its really not that a straight forward character as you would have it to be. The light top attacks and the speed is really the only thing this character has going for it right now.

Also as a sidenote, the Orochis top attack is fast but not the fastest in the game either, so you statement regarding that is false, the attack of the warden is faster. And the side step attack of the PK seems faster also (im not sure about this so correct me if im wrong) The guardbreak of this character dont have ridicouls range, its very short and you need to get very close to get it in. If you are talking about the forward dash then Gb, then that is really two moves and its unsafe.

Regarding dmg, yes if you are being hit by a maxed out attack sword with heavy hits then yes they do very high dmg as they should, these attacks are not fast and very easy to parry.

There are many times i've almost throw the controller to the wall in frustration when i have faced good opponents like Warden, Lawbringer, Conq, Warlord and the likes. But I dont come on here and rant and claim OP. If I lose its something i did wrong and it needs to be adjusted / practiced. Learn the diffrent attacks of you opponent and find a flaw in their style.

To many times have games of late been balanced out of proportions due to players cying OP, and the player base just windles away. Learn your class, use your opponents weakness and own that ****.

The fact is that this game maybe one of the more balanced games at release as of a long time. The only character that in my honest opinion needs adjusting is the Valk, which is getting a buff if im not mistaken.

Anyways, i've rambled enough. Have a nice day and take care

Shhhh you're giving away our trade secwets lol. I'm jk, this is very well put and thought out, as a fellow exclusive (5 | 108 ) players really just need to understand that you have to fight a vanguard, assassin, heavy and hybrid very differently.

Actually, according to this video Orochi and Warden have same speed on their overhead lights:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gm5L19vZiEg

Interestingly, Peacekeeper, Berzerker, Valkyrie, Kensei, Warden and Orochi all have an equally fast first overhead light (15 frames). PK gets a second overhead light that is faster than anyone elses' (12 frames). Warlord, Valk and Nobushi all get a fast side light (15 frames).

Orochi do get a guaranteed second on chaining an overhead light though. No one else gets that. Warden get guaranteed second on side chaining, but the first is slower (18 frames).
