Cries for Nerfs? Really?! The Salt You Kids Produce..

If orochi Get nerfed they would be useless, they don't need to be nerfed. There are such things as bad matchups and good match ups.

I've never, EVER, had an issue with orochis. They are free. In fact most players on this game are free and not even a challenge. There are sharks out there in the gaming world, we are ready to body you. The wolves of lore.

The balance in this game is really on point. You guys need to calm down the salty cry posts and post some hard data with your salt.

Coming to the forums saying "THERES LITERALLY NOTHING I CAN DO, NERF" is bad kid talk. Throws are easily techable..
You can dash shoulder charges and un blockables.

Light attacks guard breaks and fundamental solid play is what you kids are lacking.

I can get on here and refute almost every post. Let's clean up the cry sessions.

I'm more than happy to assist people needing help in certain matchups. As a rep 3 conq I struggle more with a shugoki. Kensei are even more of a challenge than the orochi.

Their moves are so telegraphed. Lol.

What's up yall? KnivesDamor on ps4. Let's hit the custom games lab I'll show you how to tech guard breaks, dodge unblockables. All the tricks of the week 1 trade.

I couldnt agree more, people need to STOP crying NEERF, and learn how to counter the classes that give them trouble.

Teching a guard break stems from fighting games where one would "tech a throw" by inputting the throw in response to avoid it. typically only a certain window of frames allows the user to escape a throw, or in this case, a guard break.

And here is the braindead mentality of so many people, that clearly bugged or unbalanced issues are just complains from bad players.

It's people like you that are slowly killing this community already.

    Most of them are, correct.

I come here to find useful info, but all I see are salty threads. It's quite sad.

The only issue I take with the Orochi is the potential to abuse the large amounts of guaranteed damage after a guard break, though I am well aware this means I need practice Guard Break Countering. Very few other classes are guaranteed a top heavy attack after a guard break... I don't believe the Orochi should be an exception.

He's not an exception, there are others, you even say so in your post.

So you take issue with a character having its own idiosyncratic characteristics? Orochis can get a top heavy, that's true. It's also true that their top heavy is only 35 damage. Other characters' side heavies are pretty much the same. Zerks have a side heavy of 33, for example. So what's your point here? You don't want anyone to be able to punish after a GB? Or you just don't want to be punished yourself? I don't main Orochi but I find them so easy to deal with most of the time.

I agree that there is too much crying both in game and here on the forums. If people took the time and effort to learn the central mechanics of the game and their characters most of the supposed "balance issues" would disappear.
I'd still tweak a few things though, a couple of charachters and combos need to be worked on a bit in my opinion, but that is part of the normal evolution of a game that just released.
And since you play Conq I hope you are not abusing that shield bash combo, which is a sad way to exploit a skill and a clear example of something that needs work, IMHO.
