So after playing against this character and getting CRUSHED by it so many times I was like there has to be something wrong here so I did some research. First off I tried doing a duel against a level 3 orochi bot and got crushed a thousand times until I could finally understand his strategy and could beat him sometimes. I switched to playing orochi for the VERY FIRST TIME I have never played as this character before and I beat a level 3 bot within 5 matches I could win almost every match. The character I have been trying to beat orochi with is the shoguki and if you want to see how much of a difference in speed there is try this out, he can dodge any single attack you throw by a mile unless he is already attacking. If you try to go on the offensive with another character vs him you will probably get wrecked which leads to any person playing against orochi to play defensive which automatically puts him at an unfair advantage. I know that all of his moves can be countered and he has no MOVE that he should not be able to use, so down to the real evidence that I have here. If I play as the shoguki which is easily one of the highest damage dealers in the game per hit. Orochi does the same amount of damage as shoguki on heavy attacks. I tested this on the berserker and the peacekeeper as well and the peacekeeper seems to do considerably less damage and has less health, and the berserker does equal damage but has less health than both. My solution to the problem is this, lower his attack damage or his health or make his moveset cost more stamina.This is just my opinion from what ive seen and heard let me know what you guys think about it.

He is labeled as a counter attacker for a reason. He punishes those that go on an offensive but suffers against defensive play as he lacks any safe ways to initiate.

Play my Shogoki with your Orochi

Shogoki is top tier at top level game play Orochi is low tier... Are you serious?

Do you think the game is based on just attacking over and over?

Let me give you just ONE strategy (a very beatable strategy) and you try it with your Shogoki vs Orochi and Orochi would be a joke.

Use the demon rush move when you have armor up... Especially at low level. If you do it as he's attacking (don't spam it, use it like a counter). You will destroy any Orochi AI or low level player with ease.

Now play him for the next couple days, learn his moveset, and realize just how limited and telegraphed his attacks are. Prepare to get stomped by good wardens and those that know how to parry.

Orochi is one of the weaker classes in the game, imo.
Their entire moveset is an auto parry.
Deflects won't work as expected and blocking (or even parrying) the Lights isn't that hard.
The only light in the dark are their zone attack, which is decent, but still not the fastest and the double top tap, which is fast and solid damage.

Seems like Orochi is still a Newbie killer.

Edit: And just don't play against KI. They do weird **** people wouldn't do.

Orochi need to hit you more than dozen times to take you down, they definitely don't need to be nerfed. They get stomped by longer distance characters and I've seen orochi get killed in 2 hits by raiders.
