Since this is to be a guide, I figured that I should mention some limitations of the lawbringer. As far as I can tell, shove cannot chain off of Blind Justice (unlockable parry counter) or the final hit of Swift Justice heavy, light, heavy) if it is delivered in the left or right stances. Vertical works just fine.

I know it doesn't chain off of Blind Justice. I didn't think to include that. Odd that you're not able to chain after the final hit of Swift Justice. Are you sure you aren't trying to chain it after Swift Justice Finisher? That ends in a light.

I am absolutely positive, beyond a shadow of a doubt. I tried to get Shove to work off of the last hit of Swift Justice in the left and right stances, but it simply would not work. I adjusted my input timing to account for any point in which it may work. I even tried button mashing (which works with the other heavy>shove chains just fine; the input timing for when heavy>shove works is fairly generous). As I said before, ending Swift Justice with a vertical heavy (and not going for the light finisher, naturally) allows the lawbringer to chain into a shove. It's just the left and right stance finishers that are borked.
