    Warden

I feel as if when it comes to the Warden, when you try to crushing counterstrike it works when it wants to and its not consistent. I may be wrong idk if anyone else feels the same way.

I think there needs to be specific tutorial sections for practicing these moves. I often wonder if I'm just getting the timing wrong or if the game simply isn't registering it properly. It'd be nice to have a practice arena that would highlight bad timing.

I'm not entirely sure how it works either but I think you have to do it as fast as possible after the enemy started his top attack, not like the parry on which you have to wait some time.

But what exactly defines "before the hit"? The parry window is clearly marked by the flashing indicator, but the Crushing Counterstrike doesn't have anything like that. You just have to sort of guess.

Crushing Counterstrike's counter window starts just after your usual parry timing. It's also much more effective than a parry so if they ever use a heavy attack on your from top, you should always use it. Just wait a tiny bit longer after you'd normally think to parry and use it since parrying has it's own animation but the counterstrike is instantaneous.

I wouldn't say "much more effective". It hits harder, straight off, but there are still advantages to parrying. Stamina damage, throws into walls or environmental kills, respectable damage combined with repositioning in one move.

You can directly toss a shoulder bash after the crushing counterstrike, that's one of the main selling points.

There is so much wrong information in this post.

It acts like a parry, you do it at that same timing

Wholly incorrect, and you'd know this if you played Warden at all.
