Thats not a confirmation.... .ini/.xml files can hold all kinds of code and could be there because of early testing.

Two weeks from release and nothing about pvp....it's safe to say it wont be in GRW.
And have you heard about any game with a succesful and active online communit that released multiplayer a few months after release?...nope...not a single one

Unfortunally i think us multiplayer guys is taking the sack on this one.
Will be a buy when its on sale. And hopefully GRW 2 will have competitive mp

I hope there's PVP. I seriously doubt it will be out at launch, but I could of swore I heard from multiple youtubers and other sources that PVP will be coming to the game. It's a matter of when unfortunately.
