The reason I'm posting to the forums is because I cant contact customer support any which way I try. I constantly get an error stating that, ": There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." So even though I payed $100 dollars for a game for all this extra content, I only get bits and pieces of the redeemables I paid for and I'm not the only one with these problems. What I want to know is, When are these problems actually going to be remedied? As of now I'm still owed: 37 Days of champion status from the gold edition, The Day 1 War Pack minus the sunbeam emote, the special execution smoke effect from the deluxe section, and the preorder legacy pack. How is this to be fixed when I cant even open a ticket?
