I realize there are already some buffs planned for Valkyrie but I really hope there is more planned than what was listed.
I just got done a duel vs a Warlord and although the damage and the decreased time between her attacks would have helped, the biggest issue was the shield charge and spear sweep being rendered virtually useless after a single round vs him.

The shield charge is great but it seems other than point blank range it can be avoided by a simple backwords dodge this would make sense if there was a mid to long gap between us but it is useless even at close range because it seems the backward dodge goes as fast and far as the charge. My suggestion is to either increase the speed of the charge or the distance (not both that would be op) either one would solve the issue or atleast make it a bit more useable.

The spear sweep is even more useless no matter how/where i activate the sweep it can and 90% of the time will be dodged. On multiple occasions either through combos or shield crush i have activated the sweep and it was effortlessly dodged either through side step or backwords in a few instances i have even had enemies pinned to a wall or cornered with nowhere to dodge and yet even just going through the motion of dodging without actually putting any distance between us they evade the sweep like they are simply jumping rope.

Not quite sure how to fix this...Increase the sweep radius? Increase sweep speed? Improve hit detection? Or maybe all 3? The Valkyrie is labelled as a disabler but if neither abilities for disabling work what is the Valkyrie left with? Super slow heavy attacks or super weak light attacks? Again i understand her attacks are getting a buff but i hope they do not neglect her primary method of dealing with enemies which are disabling them through pushing and tripping.
