    Help Connection Error 7-00000005

    I am hoping someone here has more knowledge than the trained monkey I just spent 2 hours wasting time with. All the support center did (location unknown) was regurgitate information that is posted online to try for connection issues, actually all he did was email me the information. In my house hold we have 2 Xbox Ones and a PS4. The PS4 is having no issues with connection any playing, even during the beta phase before release. The Xboxes have never been able to connect, to include during the beta phase. We have no other issues with playing online to include other Ubisoft games. When the game loads all we get is press A and then it tries to connect to servers, at which time we get Connection Error 7-00000005.

    Tested all connections and everything works with no issues.

    Nat is open

    We have Time Warner cable using a ARRIS DGI670 router

    Not sure location plays a part, but we are located on the east coast of North Carolina, in a small town


    While I would like to try the game, I really just want my son to finally be able to play it. Ubisoft has put out good games in the past, yet not sure if I can look past this turd sandwich yet, don’t want to cancel my preorders from their upcoming games, but I might.

    If you are on a wifi connection try using a wired connection and vise versa. Hopefully Ubi will put out some much needed fixes before they lose their player base.

    Ive been having the same issue since beta and still having the issue it literally takes me 10x and like 15mins just to load the game up and when it do it says assets cant be deployed and i cant see the territorial field
