As an Ubisoft's post says: "Leavers are already penalized as they lose all their match rewards (Loot, Steel, XP, Orders, War Assets, etc.) also stalling their Hero progression by doing so."
Well, this is very annoying when you get disconetted because of network issues, expecially when you're close to win a match or you have to do a long and difficult contract. I see two possible solutions for this problem:
1) Implement a method which can distiguish when a player intentionally quit a match from an another who gets disconnetted, in order to let the second to keep at least Orders and Contracts progresses (I know this is not simple to do);
2) Dedicated servers. Or improve the current system to reduce disconnections as much as possibile.
I think what Wrath_46 is saying is that if you are disconnected from a game because the hosts connection is terrible, then you shouldn't be penalized. Either way, this could have been avoided if Ubi had just set up dedicated servers.Originally Posted by lesrah Go to original post
Exactly, maybe lesrah misunderstood what I've said (I meant network issues related to the host, not the client). My connection is fine and it works without problems in other games like Battlefield 1 (moreover, I didn't have such problems in the two betas). I think I have problems in 4vs4 modes (Dominion is unplayable since yesterday, for instance) probably because the host can't stand 7 other people plus the AI minions. As a countercheck, yesterday I did some Domionion in PvAI with other people and it worked fine. It is clear I am not the problem.Originally Posted by drawnoutlove Go to original post
