I received an email this morning at 10:10AM saying that the email on my account was changed WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Luckily I saw the email it was changed to, so I sent that guy an email. The guy responded to me with SCREENSHOTS FROM your UBISOFT SUPPORT TEAM that GAVE MY ACCOUNT TO HIM. WTF. Your email and Live Chat will NOT let me submit anything, and of course your phone system is down. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
EDIT: I had to create a new account to even login and submit this or anything at all, considering you literally gave my account away and I can no longer login with it.
