Hello, I know that I am just one of thousands of other people with this problem but I'm tired of purchasing champion status and crates when I know that I paid ten dollars for them and never received either. I was able to unlock the other rewards such as the Sunbeam effect for executions, the three ornaments and the emblems but as for the rest, nothing. I plan on buying the season pass but I am afraid to because I don't know if I'll get the rewards from that either. I also participated in the open beta but I'm not too worried about the missing items from that. Any kind of help would be much appreciated.

Update: After purchasing the season pass I received all of the rewards that I didn't originally receive. That was really sketchy and I'd like to thank everyone for the tremendous amount of help and support that I received along the way.
